At Peace & Pose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy below for details.

Yes! We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
β The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
β The item must be in its original packaging.
β You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
π Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How Do I Start a Return?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@peacepose.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds Policy
β Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
β If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
β Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective.
4. What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Defective?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:

β We will send a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost.
5. Can I Exchange an Item?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, weβre happy to exchange your item. Follow the return process above and let us know what you'd like in exchange.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
β Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
β Gift cards & digital products (eBooks, downloads)
β Items returned after 30 days
β Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer
7. Who Covers the Return Shipping Cost?
β If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping costs.
β If youβre returning an item for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
