How to Track My Order
At Peace & Pose, we want to ensure you stay updated on the status of your order.
Follow the simple steps below to track your package.
Step 1: Check Your Email for a Tracking Number
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. This typically happens within 2-5 business days after placing your order.
Step 2: Track Your Order Online
Use one of the following methods to track your package:
Option 1: Track via Our Website
- Go to Peace & Pose Order Tracking (insert link if available).
- Enter your tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
- Click Track to view the latest status of your order.
Option 2: Track via the Carrier’s Website
If your tracking email includes a shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL), you can track your package directly on their website:
- USPS – www.usps.com
- FedEx – www.fedex.com
- DHL – www.dhl.com
Simply enter your tracking number in their search bar to get real-time updates.
Step 3: What If I Haven’t Received a Tracking Number?
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days, please:
- Check your spam/junk folder – Sometimes emails may land there.
- Contact us at support@peacepose.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Step 4: My Tracking Information Isn’t Updating
Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to reflect in the system. If your package shows no movement for more than 5 days, please reach out to us for further assistance.
